0.8A 16-output accessory decoder

Decoder to control 16 outputs other than turnout.

Maximum current 0.8A (peak at 2.5A)

Overconsumption protection: the decoder automatically switches to a fault state if the temperature reaches 100°C, and an LED starts flashing. The decoder resumes operation as soon as the temperature drops to 20°C.
